The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a good area, near to factory and an industrial area and the grounds. The location was decent as for me. Also, State Theatre of Modesto was 1 miles away.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I appreciated being met with a friendly face and positive attitude. Several wireless networks and they all worked great--strong signals.
The hotel isn't the best kept. You can tell that the building is old, carpets are smelly and furniture is worn out. Shower had almost no water pressure. The bed spreads are thin and old. Chair for desk was tattered and torn. Pool was dirty. Decided not to stay the whole night--went to a friends instead.

I appreciated the availability of a smoking room. The staff was friendly, efficient, and available. I called for assistance with the tv, and she immediately came to my room and fixed it. Without question, I would stay there again.

I didn't like the room at all. The tv wasn't clear so you could barely watch anything, it was just not a comfortable atmosphere, I would not come back again and tell everyone I know to stay away from there.

The chair inside the room needs to be replace, upholstery is ripped and old, I wonder if the housekeeping supervisor knows how to check the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful....the breakfast bar and coffee were a nice addition. Appreciated the fridge and micro in the room.
The pillows n the king size bed were 1/2 the size if regular pillows.....not really what we expected, but we worked through it.
